Life-cycle Analysts was created to help property owners and managers plan and budget for the repair and/or replacement of major building systems. 

 

With over 20 years of design, construction and maintenance experience, our team performs an in-depth inspection of a property and provides a report outlining the anticipated useful life of each system and the expected costs to repair or replace components. 

 

The concept was formed over ten years ago when our founder owned a condo in a self-managed building.  He was faced with year after year of special assessments due to the lack of reserves and an HOA board without the knowledge of what typical aging does to a building and its parts.
